I live on a family farm. My son, his wife and three children live in the original farmhouse built in 1854 and use a water well. It is very hard water so they have a Calgon water softener and it also purifies the water. It is also connected to the building where I have hooked up my Kangen water machine. It is a separate building on the farm where I work with clients. The building is also on the water well and it is piped from my sons house. I tested the water from the Kangen machine and it should be Kangen water 9.5 but when I put the red drops in the water it turned blue. I had first put three drops and it turned blue. I added three more drops and it was just a little darker blue. It would not go purple which the chart says is Kangen water. My house is a large home where my husband and I live in one end of the home and my daughter, her husband and their three children live in the other end of the house. We have a cistern to supply the house with water. A cistern is a large cement tank which is in the ground outside of the house. Once the water is pumped into the house it immediately goes through the purifier and supplies the entire house (both units) with pure water for showering, cooking and drinking. At any time the cistern is opened to add water outside, bugs can fly in, dirt can drop in, or the hose which is used to fill the cistern could be dirty from sitting on the back of the water truck so the purifier is crucial to leave operating and cannot be turned off to make Kangen water. The system is called Dyna-Pro When I test the water that comes through the Dyna-Pro, it also turns blue which according to the chart means it is just clean water. I don’t see any other option to have the Kangen water machine. Is this machine only for people who live in the city and are on city water? Surely a lot of those people have large purifying systems in their homes. Please consult with a technician to see if I am getting the Kangen water but it is not turning purple. How will I know if I am drinking Kangen water or just clean water? |

Hi Guys Reason hard water is the number one enemy of any water ionizer. Will this make an ionizer useless in a matter of only 3 or 4 months if not properly cared for How do you handle this problem. your thoughts and comments appreciated. |

Enagics machine has no restrictions on the
hardness of the water and is the only machine with a patented
cleaning cartridge to remove mineral deposits from the plates! Its
also the only machine with PURE titanium plates and the only hand
made machine. Its the only machine made at a cerified medical
manufacture and is the only one that will work past a few months! |

I left my home to go on a vacation. Do I turn off the machine while I am away. Answer below |
|
As I was going away for a few days over Christmas I decided to call Enagic to see what was best for my Kangen machine. I was told to turn off the machine and remove the water filter. Leaving the water filter in while the machine is not in use can contaminate the water. I was also told to drain the water out of the filter and put it in the refrigerator. When returning put the filter back in the machine and run water for a few moments before drinking it. Beverly Rathwell |

That box written in Chinese or whatever is calcium |
|
That box written in Chinese or whatever is calcium. The enagic website says that the calcium is optional depending on the ph level of the water. If the water source is below ph 6.5 then the calcium should be used for maximum results. I just called halton region and found out from the web site that Burlington’s water ph level is 7.68. That being the case I’m not going to purchase calcium. Beverly Rathwell |
