Beans and Seeds
The mothers that gave us nutrition

"Until man duplicates a blade of grass, nature can laugh at his so-called scientific knowledge.
Remedies from chemicals will never stand in favor compared with the products of nature, the living cell
of the plant, the final result of the rays of the sun, the mother of all life."

                                                                                                  Thomas Edison

"Start off everyday with a hand full of sprouts for an
"
ENZYME KICK" and just before bed to have a good nights sleep."

Mothers of the plant world are smarter then human mothers. They can stay asleep for 1000s of years and then still bear a child (the sprout) They can be frozen slowly or quickly and still bear a child (the sprout)
And, at the moment of birth, Like a human they give their children every conceivable nutritional value that we today know
of,  just like a human child that at birth has been given all nutritional values to start life with. But you must always remember that the plant came before the human, well  ???
What are those nutritional values at birth that those children receive?
They are ALL the 3000 enzymes known to man. They are all the 200 proteins known to man.
They are all the vitamins known to man and of course all the minerals that the specific mother grew with in her environment.
And you can be sure that we as humans still have not learned all the other values which the mother has. We are learning
every day about new things like cells in plants and water that can read and think. The EmotoDo Plants Think.
And with 100s and 100s of articles, books, studies,  we still don't know everything and you can be sure we will learn much
more about the life forms in the next generation and thereafter, that today we hold in some instances in disbelief..

Going through mounds of books and literature of all kinds you will find studies about values of sprouts. Each of them
conflict in some way to others written. Some will point out that there are all the basic vitamins in the sprout. Others will say otherwise.  But we have to be realistic. The nutritional value that our human babies have at birth had to come from something. Not nothing.  The cells of our ancestry set the pattern for us. I have written letters to persons that show studies about the nutritional values in sprouts and the time of life of the sprout study. The answers are always the same. Sorry-we don't know how old the sprout was at the time of the study. With those answers you must wonder, was still a sprout or was it a grown plant?  Was it 10 days old, 15, or 20 days old. It does make a difference. Like a human, when the sprout is first born it has everything. But why does a grown plant like a head of lettuce not have everything in it nutritionally. We can only assume that like in humans the genes take over shortly after birth and decide what the grown plant requires.

Which Beans Should I use for Sprouts ?
About Beans

You can only sprout FIVE kinds of beans.( but lots of seeds )
Mung, Garbanzo, Adzuki, Lentils and Soy Beans..
All the rest of them contain poisons and or are bitter.  These five are available at most health food stores.

Anything may be sprouted,  but Mung beans are the suggested Bean Sprouts to be grown.
Why ?  Because they grow quickly and are full of every nutrient that your body requires, and they taste very much like fresh sweet green peas. They are the purest vegetable, grown in water, that you can eat---live food right at the time of birth.  They will keep well in the refrigerator, but should be as dry as possible because if too wet they spoil more quickly. They should still be treated like "leftovers". A good guide line is to use all leftovers within 2 days.
